The reserve the Valley of daffodils is near to Hust at height of 170 m. above sea level. Occupies the space of 256 hectares and since 1978 is a part of Karpatsky reserve. The name of the valley was due Narcissus flower, which grows over an area of about 100 hectares.

Thanks to low-lying location, in the valley began to appear wet meadow. These fields are long used for hay and pasture land, which led to the dominance of daffodil in the valley. Besides daffodils grow here and other plant species (more than 400 species), which are listed in the Red Book of Ukraine. Here lived such rare species as the newt and toad lake. Valley of daffodils - a unique botanical object, which is protected by the largest in Central Europe Center of narrow-sheet daffodil (Narcissus angustifolius). However, the population of these plants is declining.
